Enjoy this 60-minute restorative yoga class to embrace joy and optimism! This is a restorative yoga practice to open up your chest, low back, hips and hamstrings. In each pose you’ll hear R2 states one affirmation which you are encouraged to internally repeat. Notice how the statement makes you feel and if it creates resistance. May these affirmations help to bring joy into your life. Embrace how blessed you are and live a life of joy.

Affirmations:

  • My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.
  • My life is perfect because I am surrounded by happiness and joy.
  • Joy flows through me.
  • I attract joy into my life.
  • My life is full of joy.
  • My life is easy and filled with joy
  • I am surrounded by joy.
  • Joy is in my heart and in my life.

You’ll need two blocks. If you don’t have these close by, you can use some pillows or cushions.
