This 60-minute yoga class begin with gentle warm up and sun-salutation, you will move on to chair pose variation with tip toes and twisting, standing balance poses, tree, warrior III, revolve side angle, and a series of plank pose to strengthen your core and your arms, then reverse plank, forward-bends, seated twist, inversion plow, fish, supine twist and happy baby pose. The class concludes with savasana relaxation.
