In this grounding practice, you will focus on moving mindfully and lengthening your breath to cultivate a peaceful feeling. Begin with joints warm up and sun-salutation, you will move on to a wide legged straddle twist, goddess pose, tree, bridge, seated twist and seated forward bend. The class concludes with savasana relaxation pose.
