Using Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge Pose Variations), side bending poses and Ardha Purvottanasana (Half Reverse Plank Pose Variations) before dropping back into Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose) from Sirsasana (Headstand). This class begins with a gentle supine whole-body warm-up. After that, you’ll move into a bolster-supported side-lying stretch and a prone pose, where you’ll use a bolster to support your head and belly respectively. You’ll conclude with supported child pose as R2 guides you to focus on the flow of your breath.
