Shoulder Stand is an inversion it requires leg and core strength and an awareness of the arms and legs. In this class, you’ll target to open up your shoulders, back and neck and strengthen the legs with yoga poses bending forward and arms binding around the back. After that, you’ll practice shoulderstand variations, and freeing your way up to Unsupported Shoulderstand. Props suggested: extra yoga mat, yoga blocks.

Yogavatar® Glow with iRyne: Transition from Side Plank to Downward Facing Dog 75 min Level-2

In this class you will practice variations of transition from Downward Facing Dog pose to Side Plank pose that encourages expansion of the back and sides of the ribcage and shoulders and lengthening the back of the legs. And Side Plank pose strengthen your wrists and shoulders. Basically, this class is all about building balance between upper and lower halves of the body as well as between the right and left sides. No props.

Yogavatar® Glow with iRyne: Aries Season Yoga 90min Level-2

The zodiac sign Aries is bold and ambitious. The colour for Aries is red. As the sign of persistent Ram and its sturdy horns, Aries dives headfirst into even the most challenging situations (which is appropriate, since Aries rules the head and neck in the body). Aries are driven by a desire to prove themselves and their strength, and being undefeated. These may bring about tension in the head and neck. Aries Season Yoga class is designed to gather and release stagnant energy and stress that’s been stored in these areas. You will practice standing yoga poses with the head diving toward the ground while the arm binding around the back ready for battle. Asides, you will also practice standing backward bending, side bending and abdominal works to balance the energy at Manipura Chakra or Solar Plexus Chakra. Finally, to complete the Aries Season Yoga you will practice 2 Mudra (Hand Gesture), Musthi Mudra (Fist Gesture) which helps to throw away negative emotions and Meshayudha Mudra (Sheep Fighting Gesture) to build courage or firmness. Although this yoga class is designed specially for Aries, ANYONE, can enjoy it and reap the benefits. Let’s practice! Props suggested: yoga blocks.

Program: Yoga Conditioning for Body and Mind with R2

This yoga conditioning series is designed to strengthen your body and mind. We’ll combine yoga conditioning and mindfulness practices to call on our inner strength and build some heat. These practices center on surrendering the parts of ourselves which don’t serve us so that we can start our year with our best foot forward. 

Class Four: R2 opens this yoga conditioning class with a centering practice and gentle warm-up. After that, you’ll move on to sun salutations, total body conditioning training, after that you’ll have nice stretching before we end the session. You’ll then conclude with savasana relaxation.

Yogavatar® Glow with R2: The Fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow (II) 75min Level-1

Whether you are new to yoga or just new to Yogavatar® the basics of every style are a strong foundation for your practice. Vinyasa fundamentals are short beginners program to get your yoga practice right from the get-go.

Learn how to begin to practice a vinyasa style in a safe and strong way so that you can move through a full class feeling confident and having a better understanding of the postures. You will review something different on each class, from the concept of ujjayi breath to the foundational postures such as downward facing dog, plank pose, chaturanga, upward dog, warrior l, warrior ll, and high lunge.

This is a perfect place to start if you are feeling unsure and a bit overwhelmed with what a full class. Remember that this is just the beginning and the more you practice the easier it will get. So bring your mat and a couple of blocks and let your journey begin.
