Using the wall is a great way to support the body if you’re feeling fatigued, or if you’re looking for a very gentle practice. Using the wall is also helpful if you have some physical barriers that limit mobility in yoga poses. This 60-minute class begins with gentle movements to release physical and mental tensions, follow by 5 restorative poses supported at the wall- Butterfly, Reclined Caterpillar, Figure 4, Dragonfly, and Twisting. The class concludes with alternate nostril breathing and savasana relaxation pose.
